Afraid of a budget overrun? Do you want your projects to meet their deadlines? Afraid the contractor might sue you at the conclusion of the project? Construction project control can provide the answers to many of these questions.

The accepted practice of maintaining a separation of duties between the initiating entity and the implementing entity, leads to a natural conflict of interest between the two parties. Our role is to act as the extended arm of the initiating party in monitoring the correctness of charges and quantities, deviances, etc.

How can construction project control help you, the project initiator?

Construction project control will provide you with reports on the following matters:

  • Is project control executed in such a manner that it will identify deviances on a timely basis, so as to neutralize their effect on the organization's budget?
  • Do you find it difficult to avoid the pressure exerted by planners to raise the standards of a project (with the ensuing budget overruns)?
  • Does the project manager properly check the bills of the contractors and the planners prior to approving them for payment?
  • Could there possibly be a need to change the remuneration paid to the administration of the project, the project manager, and the planners, in order to eliminate any possible conflict of interest?
  • Do you exert complete control over the project's time tables?
  • Are you properly prepared in advance for any possible suits from contractors upon conclusion of the project?
